Written Deposit and Guarantee...
A deposit of 50% can hold your puppy for you. Deposit is non refundable and will hold your pup until 7 weeks of age. Unless
other arrangements are made, full payment including all other expenses must be received by the time the pup is 7 weeks of
age or all monies paid will be forfeited, contract is void and the pup will be resold. Puppy is ready for its new home at
8 weeks of age. All monies paid by new owner will be forfeited if new owner backs out of delivery of puppy. In the case of
small breed puppies must weigh at least 2 pounds or be 12 weeks old, which ever comes first.
For the protection of the new owner and Sandy Hill Kennel, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian
within 48 hrs of purchase at the expense of the new owner. If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour
exam and is unable to be medically treated, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given or you will be given a refund,
this will be determined by Sandy Hill Kennel. To qualify for replacement or refund, you must return the puppy alive, at new
owner's expense, to the seller within 24 hrs of the exam. You must provide a signed document from the Veterinarian stating
the problem. Registration papers given at the time of sale must accompany return. We reserve the right to acquire a second
veterinary exam on returned puppy before any replacement or refund is given. All shipping costs and veterinarian care are
at the expense of the new owner and not refundable. This puppy has been examined by my vet before it is shipped and deemed
to be healthy with no outward signs of any disease or defect.
Sandy Hill Kennel does not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control
once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial
Infections. We will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 7 days, as these are such highly contagious
diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving our home.
In the unlikely event of the puppy's death, we would require a statement from a certified Veterinarian confirming such an
event and a cause is required with a Laboratory report backing the Veterinarian’s statement, within 4 weeks, before
any action will be taken by us. If cause is unknown, an autopsy is required along with a Laboratory report. Under no circumstances
is this puppy to be euthanized without our knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires
immediate action.) The registration papers and microchip (if applicable) must be returned for a replacement puppy.
This puppy is not guaranteed to breed.
Sandy Hill Kennel also guarantees this puppy to be free of genetic defects that are detrimental to the ongoing health of the
puppy until the puppy reaches one year of age. Labrador Retrievers and Labradoodles also carry a two year hip dyslasia guarantee.
Again, we would require a statement from a certified Veterinarian confirming such an event and a cause is required with a
Laboratory report backing the Veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by us. Diagnosis must be confirmed
by my vet. Puppy will be replaced with a new puppy of any breeding on the property of an equivalent value.
This puppy is sold under the state laws of Kansas.
Should any or all of the above stated conditions not be followed, then this guarantee is null and void.
This guarantee is null and void upon transferring ownership of this puppy.
This guarantee shall also become null and void if the puppy is given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase.
